Abstract
"This guide is intended to help people in Saskatchewan to develop responses to the needs of at-risk children, drawing upon and coordinating the available resources in the community. It provides guidelines to develop the seed of an idea into an integrated services initiative that will provide the supports children need in order to learn, and to remove the barriers to learning and to success in life experienced by at-risk children. Such an initiative will also create a collaborative culture among human service systems and providers in the province.
