"This list of briefs, reports, papers and other material represents the output of Indian organizations in Canada (particularly the National Indian Brotherhood and provincial-territorial organizations) as found in the National Indian Brotherhood library. It is not a list of everything written by the above organizations or their staff members; nor does the number of papers listed for any particular organization necessarily reflect its productivity.
The purpose of this list is to provide program directors, coordinators and administrators an opportunity to see at a glance what has been done in their field (eg: health, community development, education, criminal justice, etc, etc) by their colleagues in other Indian organizations."--Introduction.
