Abstract
"The ever increasing pace of economic development across Canada has caused serious concern as to the resulting fate of the non-renewable resources. The Coronach Archaeological Survey Project was initiated by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Museum of Natural History in order to ascertain the nature of archaeological resources located in a 96 sq. mile area designated for development in the south-central portion of the province. This report contains a preliminary appraisal of the affected area in addition to a description of the archaeological materials recovered and an evaluation of its place in the prehistory of the Northwestern Plains." -- Abstract.
